I felt like I was in an episode of Numb3rs today....well, minus the FBI investigation. And actually, it's not over - I haven't figured out the answer yet.

I've been working on figuring out the fair value of some executive stock awards. And this is the formula:
















Yeah, I'm not going to pretend I understand it, cuz they'll just give ya a formula to use in Excel. But still...I have to figure out how to use the formula...

Anyway, I'm going to go see if Charlie Eppes can help me.
